MY WORKOUTS PLANNER is a handy applicationthat allows you to write your own workouts and organize them in theweek.
There are three preset tabs for workouts type: bodyweight, weight,and cardio. An additional tab allows the free insertion of yourtraining program so that any athlete could write down his favoriteexercises!
Pressing the “DO IT” button will be shown the various workouts forthe selected day!
It is also easy to modify the data sheets, add or remove exercises,change the days or weights to be used.
WARNING: not yet implemented for tablet.
